Memorial Day Weekend

What a whirlwind! We started the weekend at Rockies game with the Bennetts family and then their barbeque. We came home for some down time but them we spent all day planting flowers in Mommy's flower bed.

Mason's 3 months-Lots of Changes

Today Mason is 3 months old. It's crazy to my how a trimester took forever when I was pregnant but now it flies. He is so much fun now! He is starting to play and interacting more with people. He's learning he can make people smile and say goobey things. I measured him at home today he is about 13 lbs and 13 oz, 25 inches long. He goes back to the doctor June 16th, so then we will have official numbers again.

Everyone says he's a spitting image of his daddy, my mom has even taken to calling him "Little J." I don't see it! :)

Mason has found his hands. They stay in his month but he's now started cutting himself trying to get them in. So Sad!

Mason watches TV. He loves his baby channel and dances and laughs while it's on.

He sits in his Bumbo. He's not sure if he likes yet or not.

And he can roll back and forth from his side and back.

We still find time for cuddles. Mason loves to nap in Mommy and Daddy's bed, especially if they are with him.

He also cuddles with his Monk Monk.

Mommy figured out if Mason eats his feet, it is the funniest thing in the world.

Mason had his 2 month doctor appointment today. He was 12lbs 8oz, 71st percentile, 23 3/4 inches, 80th percentile. He a BIG BOY!

He can hold his head up to watch the puppies play.

He naps with Reese.

Mason turned 2 months old yesterday. So, what did we do to celebrate? We did what any good parents would to, take him to his 1st baseball game Rockies vs. Mets. It was also Jackie Robinson Day, so all the players were wearing number 42 (FYI).

Could this be Mason and Daddy in a few years?
